Tips: Sigma Brush Cleaning Glove Dupe

Like always I've been wasting away my time on YouTube and heard around the grapevine about the Sigma brush cleaning glove.

Its basically a silicon mitt/ glove with sections of different bristles for washing, scrubbing and then rinsing off.
This glove is around £20-30 which I think is pretty extortionate!

I've basically discovered a dupe which is pretty much the exact same thing by using a silicon oven glove.
99% of them have little ridges on them which is perfect to really buff clean the brushes.
Its also perfect for being able to use constant hot water; which is an issue I face as I don't have taps that mix hot and cold water!

Even better is that the one I use is £1.50 from amazon. A fraction of the price of the Sigma glove! You can get these silicone gloves from pretty much anywhere, a lot of home stores sell them along with amazon and eBay.

This is amazing to really deep clean sponges and BeautyBlender's too. I clean my BeautyBlender every week with all my other brushes; but it always remains slightly stained with make up. Using the glove has genuinely removed all traces of make up from it... I was actually a little surprised and disgusted at how much make up washed out of the sponge! And now my BeautyBlender is once again its original colour.

So that's it! Don't waste your money on an extortionate product when something for a couple of quid does the same job.

If you have any questions, queries or suggestions then feel free to drop me a comment!
