Empties #8: Lush Cosmetics Ponche Shower Gel, Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Powder, Maybelline Dream Flawless Nude Foundation

My drawer of empty products has been building up a lot lately - I've had a lot of samples and finally scraped out the last remainders of products from jars and bottles.

On todays list we haveeee:

Ponche - Lush Cosmetics
This shower gel is Limited Edition, it's part of their Christmas range from about 2 years ago I think? Its a fragrant orange, citrussy scent with a weird underlining hint of tequila - apparently this does actually have tequila in it (idk how I feel about that) I really liked this smell in store, but wasn't a fan of it on me so I decided to use this to clean my make up brushes. I really liked the smell that it left on my brush, I don't know why but I just didn't like smelling it on my body!
Overall, a nice shower gel, I'd give this a 4/5

One Heck of a Blot - Soap & Glory
I did a quick review of this translucent powder here which was back in August 2014! Which can show you just how long this powder has lasted - I used this everyday to set my make up, particularly my under eye make up. I loooove this setting powder. My make up didn't move a budge whilst I had this on and it felt comfortable and lightweight. I would definitely repurchase this once I work my way through my spares.
I would give this powder a 5/5

Dream Flawless Nude Foundation - Maybelline (in Golden Beige)
I really love this foundation! When this was first released it was on offer at Boots and had £2 off so it worked out super cheap. The shade Golden Beige is my perfect shade and I didn't need to mix it with anything darker or use a bronzer to darken the shade. The application is weirdddd though! When I first saw it I thought it was like a squeezy pipette, but it's basically like a dropper. The label says to shake the bottle and drip the foundation onto your finger then apply on your face. I am super inpatient, so I would basically wipe the whole stick thingy onto my face (probably not very hygienic) - I don't understand how you're meant to effectively get enough foundation to cover your whole face from the dripping method that won't take 1000 years. Apart from that, I love this foundation. It's really nice full coverage which feels really lightweight.
I would give this a 5/5

And that's it for today! Have you tried any of these products?

If you have any questions or suggestions then feel free to drop me a comment!
