Empties #13: The Body Shop Tea Tree Pore Minimiser, Maybelline Super Stay Powder, Kiehl's Ultra Facial Moisturiser

Ok, on today's hit list is The Body Shop Pore Minimiser, Maybelline Super Stay Powder, and Kiehl's Ultra Facial Moisturiser.

The Body Shop - Tea Tree Pore Minimiser
I am in loveeee with this. I didn't really know what this was going to do - I mainly got it to smooth out my skin before applying make up and it's so perfect for that. It's a perfect product for when I've had a bit of a breakout but I still want to wear make up but don't want to make my skin any worse. It's really cooling and feels really calming on my skin. It has the consistency of a non silicone based primer, but doesn't feel so heavy on the skin. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who wants to smooth out their skin a bit before applying make up.
Overall, I'd give this a 4/5

Maybelline - 24 hour stay powder
I've had this powder for approx 1000 years and it's lasted me so so well. I used it to set my under eye concealer and foundation. It's really smooth and finely milled and wears really well. It claims that it's a waterproof powder, but I never fully tested that side of it! It does last on my skin for a really long time, and sets my make up really well. They have a decent shade selection, I'm pretty sure this shade was in the middle of the shade range. (The label has fully rubbed off, so I can't see what shade this is)
Overall, I'd give this a 4/5

Kiehl's - Ultra Facial Moisturiser
I got this 30ml bottle as a sample - A SAMPLE - A 30ML SAMPLE; can we just take that in?? I love Kiehl's products and their level of customer service is always very good. I loveeee this facial moisturiser - I can't even pin point what was so good about it, but it's really rich and moisturising without feeling heavy and suffocating. It feels super light, and sinks into the skin really quickly. It's got a lovely fresh scent which is barely noticeable and not overpowering. This sample lasted me for around a month which I think is amazing for something I didn't even pay for. You can get a 75ml, 125ml and 250ml bottle and they range from £12.50 - £34.00. Considering how long this lasts, I think that's a pretty decent price for a high end skincare brand.
Overall, I'd give this a 5/5

And that's it for today! Have you tried any of these products? How did you get on with them?
