Empties #14: The Body Shop Beautifying Oil in Chocomania, YSL Mascara Volume, Maybelline Super Stay 24 Hour Foundation in Sun Beige

My drawer of empties is piling up pretty quickly, which you would assume would mean that I'm using up all my products and not buying any more buttttttt I'm not going to delve into my horrible spending habits.

The Body Shop Beautifying Oil in Chocomania

This oil is one of those great all rounder products that has multiple uses. You can use it on your face, body and your hair.  This chocomania fragrance is a really nice chocolatey scent without being too sweet or sickly. I personally liked using a few drops of this on my body or using it as a hair mask. I would soak my hair in it for a good few hours and then shampoo it out of my hair thoroughly. A little bit of this goes a long way so it lasts forever! As much as I liked how silky smooth it left my skin and soft it left my hair, I feel like £10 for 100ml is a little steep when I can get more natural and organic oils for cheaper/ the same price.
I would give this  3/5

YSL Mascara Volume

I got this little guy in a Black Opium perfume gift set for my birthday and pretty much only got around to using it. I really loved this mascara! I hugely resent paying ridiculous money for mascaras since I know I use them every day and will get through them fairly quickly. I didn't think much of this when I opened the tube, but the wand really fans out my lashes and coats them well making them look dark and thick. I don't think I would spend the £20+ on this full size product but if you fancy splashing out, this is a good choice!
I would give this 4/5

Maybelline Super Stay 24 Hour Foundation in Sun Beige

I'm a big fan of Maybelline foundations - they have a wide range of finishes, a decent amount of shades (especially veering towards darker skin in larger high street stores) and for a really good price. I really liked this Super Stay foundation! It's a medium to full coverage and has veryyyyy good coverage! It covered all my blemishes and dark marks and really helped my under eyes. The shade Sun Beige was a little too pale for me, but I am the worst for choosing foundation shades in store so I'm putting it down to that. I did really love this foundation and would definitely repurchase in a more suitable shade.
I would give this a 5/5

And that's all for today folks! Have you tried any of these products? How would you rate them?
