Empties #28: Loreal Miss Hippie Mascara, Benefit Roller Lash Mascara, Clinique Lash Power Feathering Mascara

I'm actually surprised I managed to get through 3 mascaras in such a short space of time - I am usually the worst hoarder and keep mascaras for wayyyy longer than I probably should. Snaps for me!

Loreal - Miss Hippie Mascara
I'm a really big fan of Loreal's mascaras and when I saw they had a new one out I was super intrigued to try it out.

The wand has some nice chunky bristles which were great for fanning out my lashes and plumping them straight from the root. The bristles did a really good job of grabbing hold of my lashes and the formula itself was super dark and lasted very well.
4/5 - great product but won't repurchase as I much prefer other high street mascaras over this one

Benefit - Roller Lash Mascara
You may remember I got a weeny sample size Roller Lash way back when in November and actually really liked it. I'm not really a huge fan of plastic bristles but this was impressive. I decided to splurge and got the full size one and I was not disappointed.

It's a curved wand with super tiny bristles on one size and longer bristles on the other. Both sides did a great job of really wrapping around your lashes and coating them with a thick dark formula. It felt really nice on my eyes and wasn't a tonne of work to get my lashes to look nice and defined and fluttery.
4/5 - great product but probably won't repurchase due to the hefty price tag!

Clinique - Lash Power Feathering Mascara
I got this mascara in my Look Incredible box and it retails for £23.50 (for a mascara!!!!) Annoyingly it's actually really lovely to use.

When I pulled the wand out I thought the bristles had gotten squashed but the bristles are so soft like actual feathers that it takes a second for them to regain their shape after being squashed out of the tube. It's a really nice dark black formula which left my lashes, wispy and fluttery. I did find myself reapplying this as it didn't seem to hold very well on my lashes throughout the day.
4/5 - great product but I can't ever see myself buying this as it's so expensive for a mascara!

Have you tried any of these? What did you think? What are your holy grail mascaras?
